You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and use EZ999. Age is verified during the KYC process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
Each user is permitted a single account only. Duplicate accounts, including accounts held by members of the same household on the same device or IP address, may be merged or closed at the operator's discretion and any associated balances forfeited.
All promotions, welcome bonuses, free bets and reload offers are subject to wagering requirements, time limits and game-eligibility restrictions published in the individual promotion's terms. Always read the specific bonus terms before accepting an offer.
Payments must be made from accounts held in your own name. EZ999 does not accept third-party funding. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, bonus clearance conditions and the operator's standard processing review.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, arbitrage strategies, abuse of promotional offers and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Detected violations will result in account suspension and potential fund forfeiture.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and EZ999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://ez999.cam and all associated services, features and content (collectively, the "Service").
EZ999 operates as an online gaming information and entertainment platform. By creating an account, accessing the Service or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Service.
These Terms are published in English, which is the authoritative language of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register for and use the EZ999 Service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:
Age Verification: EZ999 takes underage access seriously. All Accounts are subject to mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Where age cannot be verified to the operator's satisfaction, the Account will remain restricted until verification is completed. Any deposits made during an unverified period may be held pending verification completion.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of any Balance and referral to relevant authorities.
To register an Account, you must complete the registration form in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and any other information required by the operator. You must create a secure password and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. You must notify EZ999 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
EZ999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to at registration, upon first withdrawal request, following a change in personal details or when a compliance review is triggered. Typical documents requested include:
Security Notice: Submit KYC documents exclusively through the operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send identity documents via unsecured email, messaging applications or third-party channels. EZ999 support will never ask you to send documents through informal chat platforms.
You must never alter, obscure, falsify or tamper with any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will be treated accordingly.
Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, the operator may restrict certain Account features including withdrawal processing, access to high-stakes games and participation in certain promotions. Deposits made before KYC completion may be held pending successful verification.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. EZ999 reserves the right to return any deposit it cannot verify as originating from an Account held in the user's own name.
Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts, applicable fees and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Familiar payment infrastructure in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is referenced contextually only. EZ999 does not guarantee availability of any specific method and makes no representation that these providers support gambling transactions. Users must verify current method availability in the cashier and review the relevant provider's terms before use.
EZ999 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits from unverified wallets. Where cryptocurrency is supported, deposits must originate from a wallet registered in your own name.

Where amounts are referenced in these Terms or in the platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), such references are for informational context. The base currency of individual Accounts may differ; refer to your Account settings and the cashier for your applicable transactional currency. EZ999 is not responsible for currency conversion costs incurred by users or their payment providers.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards and other promotional benefits (collectively "Promotions") offered by EZ999 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific Promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless the specific Promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. The specific multiplier, eligible games, time limit and minimum odds (where applicable to sports bets) are published in the relevant Promotion's terms page.
Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet Wagering Requirements will expire at the end of the time period specified in the individual Promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or the operator's internal rules where a governing body result is not available. Where a match is abandoned, postponed or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the operator's published market-specific rules.
Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are among the most popular betting categories on EZ999. Market availability, odds and settlement timing are determined by the operator's sportsbook. EZ999 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team.
All casino and live-dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live-dealer titles, by physical processes observed via live video stream. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage applicable to each game is displayed in the relevant game's information panel. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
EZ999 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager at its discretion. In the event of a manifest pricing error or system malfunction, EZ999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Account. Any winnings derived from demonstrably erroneous odds or game states are not valid and will not be honoured.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement within the platform interface. These limits may differ by market, game, Account tier and Promotion. EZ999 reserves the right to apply individual Account-level stake limits where warranted by risk management considerations.

EZ999 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. Temporary downtime for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occur without advance notice.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, EZ999 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, EZ999's total aggregate liability to you arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
EZ999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines:
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining after fulfilment of outstanding withdrawal conditions will be returned to the User's verified payment method. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.
Termination of your Account does not relieve you of any obligations accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11 and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect following Account closure.
EZ999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein.
Personal data collected — including registration details, KYC documents, transaction history and usage data — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and service improvement. EZ999 does not sell personal data to third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming license. Applicable license jurisdiction details are published in the platform's official footer documentation.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact EZ999 support to seek an informal resolution. EZ999 commits to responding to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith.
Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism published by the Operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable complaints process are available from the support team.
Pakistani Users: Use of the Service does not confer any rights or remedies under Pakistani gambling law. EZ999 is not subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of gaming disputes, though applicable consumer protection and data privacy frameworks may differ. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal advice regarding their rights and obligations.
EZ999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided by email to the address registered on your Account or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of not less than fourteen (14) days before the revised Terms take effect.
For non-material amendments — such as corrections to spelling, clarifications that do not change substantive rights, or updates required to comply with applicable law — changes may take effect immediately without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Service.
